Can I get a refund?
No. Absolutely not.
ProjectHarbour sells digital software products. Once access or download is provided:
- No refunds
- No returns

Why refunds are NOT provided?
Refunds will not be issued for reasons including but not limited to:
- You changed your mind
- You don’t like the code
- The product didn’t meet your expectations
- You lack technical knowledge
- You purchased by mistake
- You failed to read the description

UPDATES & VERSIONS
Do products include lifetime updates?
No. We do NOT provide lifetime updates under any circumstances.
What if the product version is not the latest?

Are the files safe and virus-free?
Yes. Files are delivered without:

However, since most products are open-source:
- You are free to scan and verify the code yourself
- Some antivirus tools may show false positives
VirusTotal shows a warning. Is the file infected?
Not necessarily.
Some antivirus engines (especially certain regional scanners) flag common PHP functions like:
- eval
- base64_encode
- base64_decode
These are widely used by developers and do not automatically mean malicious code.
If multiple reputable scanners flag a file, contact support with evidence.
LICENSE & DMCA
Will I get a license key?
No.

- Trial or commercial licenses

Can I resell or redistribute the product?
No.
Redistribution, resale, public sharing, or re-hosting of the source code is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
